Learn more about AdvisorySSB was built for UAE businesses that have outgrown a bookkeeper but don't need an in-house finance team. Tax, audit and reporting under one roof, with a named advisor who scopes your work, does your work, and signs it off. Someone you can actually reach.
SSB pairs deep technical expertise with real accessibility: specialists who know your business, pick up when you call, and treat your compliance as seriously as you do.
No account managers, and no hand-off to a junior once you have signed. The person who scopes your work is the person who does it and puts their name to it.
Every position is documented with the reasoning behind it. When a bank, a buyer or the FTA asks about it two years from now, the answer is already on file.
We keep the client list short on purpose. Your advisor stays long enough to learn how the business actually runs, which is how problems get caught while they are still cheap.
Every filing sits on a tracked calendar with working time built in ahead of the statutory date. You hear from us weeks before it falls due, not the week of.
Tax rules bend differently by sector. We bring specific experience to the industries that define the UAE economy.
A clear, repeatable engagement so you always know where you stand and what happens next.
We map your entities, obligations and exposure, and flag anything already at risk.
We register you correctly with the FTA and structure for qualifying income and relief.
Books, VAT and CT returns prepared and filed on time, every cycle, with full records.
A named advisor on call for every decision, transaction and regulatory change.
The questions we hear most from companies operating in the Emirates.
Broadly, every business and commercial activity licensed in the UAE falls within the Corporate Tax regime and is expected to register with the Federal Tax Authority, including most free-zone entities, even where their qualifying income is ultimately taxed at 0%. Registration is about being in scope, not about whether you end up paying. We'll confirm your specific position and handle the registration.
9% on taxable income above AED 375,000, with a 0% band up to that threshold. Very large multinational groups may also fall under the OECD's global minimum tax rules. We'll model your effective position before anything is filed, so the number on the return is never a surprise.
A Qualifying Free Zone Person can keep a 0% rate on qualifying income, but only while strict conditions on substance, qualifying activities, transfer pricing and audited financial statements are all met. Failing any one of them can forfeit the benefit for the whole period. The structure matters, and so does the evidence behind it.
Most mainland companies do, and many free-zone entities must file audited accounts to renew their licence. If you're claiming the 0% free-zone rate, audited financial statements are a condition of qualifying, not an optional extra. Banks and buyers ask regardless. We'll tell you plainly which of these applies to you.
Most businesses file quarterly, within 28 days of the end of each tax period; larger registrants file monthly. We track your specific cycle, prepare the return and file it ahead of the deadline, every period, not on the twenty-seventh day.
Every engagement is quoted before any work starts, based on your entity count, turnover and which services you need. No hourly meters, no year-end adjustments. We'll give you the number on the first call.
A call to review your obligations across tax, VAT, audit and reporting. We flag anything at risk and give you a clear next step. If you don't need us, we'll tell you that too.
