These terms govern your use of the SSB Tax Consultants website. They are separate from any engagement letter, which governs the professional services we provide and takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

The content on this website, including guidance articles and service descriptions, is general information about UAE tax matters. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not create an adviser–client relationship.
Tax legislation and published guidance change, and the correct treatment of any matter depends on facts specific to your business. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything published here without obtaining advice on your own circumstances.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure content is accurate at the time of publication and reflects our reading of the legislation and guidance then in force. We give no warranty that it remains current, complete or applicable to your situation, and we accept no liability for reliance placed on it.
Engagements
We only act for a client once scope, fees and responsibilities are recorded in a signed engagement letter and any required client-acceptance checks are complete. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create an engagement, and no deadline becomes our responsibility until an engagement is in place.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, design, graphics, logos and the SSB Tax Consultants marks) is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read, print and share it for your own non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish or adapt it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Liability in respect of professional services is governed by the relevant engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
